Coriander essential oil can be used in several ways, hereunder some possibilities:
Topical use
- Heating pad for muscle and joint pain. Soak some bandages in hot water enriched with Coriander oil, squeeze and apply to the affected area. Leave on for 5 minutes (until the bandages reach room temperature) and repeat with a second pad.
- Massage Dilute 20% Coriander essential oil with other carrier oils.
It brings relief to tired legs and removes local pains.
It is good for rheumatism and joint pain.
Massaged on the abdomen with sweet almond oil, Coriander oil can soothe during the menstrual cycle.
It can also be used as a remedy for skin irritations such as, for example, sunburn and hives.
In popular medicine, Coriander essential oil is useful as a vermifuge.
Internal use
- Against colitis.
- Dilute 1 or 2 drops of Coriander essential oil in honey and then dissolve in a glass of water.
- Drink it twice a day for a week.
- Mix the Coriander oil with another essence; it is recommended Bergamot, incense and ginger.
- To diffuse the fragrance, use a diffuser of your choice.
- Against seasonal illnesses you can use it alone or mixed with other essences.
