Topical use:
- Emulsify 1 drop of essence in black cumin vegetable oil and rub on the stomach, it will be a valuable aid for aerophagia.
- For relaxing aromatic baths, add 10-15 drops of Tarragon essence; an evening bath of at least 15-20 minutes can also help fight anxiety and panic attacks.
Internal use:
- Add 1 or 2 drops of Tarragon oil to a teaspoon of honey after meals. It is useful to aid digestion and fight fermentation.
- Tarragon counteracts the allergenic action of pollen: spread in the environment or inhale 1 or 2 drops of essential oil in a paper handkerchief.
- The diffusion of its fragrance has calming and revitalizing properties.
- Inhaled, Tarragon can help with car, sea and train sickness.
On an emotional level
Tarragon essential oil is useful as a calming and relaxing ingredient in case of stress and agitation, often used in combination with other essences.
