There are 3 variants of Thyme essential oil that differ in their action: low, medium and strongly antiseptic:

- It can also be used to make steam inhalations in case of colds, sinusitis, sore throat, etc. or for breast massages with balsamic power. In this case, use 2-3 drops of Thyme essential oil diluted in a tablespoon of sweet almond oil or other vegetable oil. With diluted Thyme essential oil you can also do massages against rheumatic pains or to stimulate the microcirculation.

"Hot" method - fast.

- Close the jar and warm it in a bain-marie for at least 2 hours;
- Filter with a gauze and the oil is ready.
